Please follow the instructions below to prepare your pet for surgery. Failure to do so may result in your pet being unable to safely go under anesthesia. Fasting your pet is your responsibility. Failure to follow these instructions may result in forfeiting your deposit.
NO food after 9:00 PM the night before surgery.
NO water after 7:00 AM the morning of surgery.
If your pet is on any medications, please call us so we can speak with the Doctor and let you know if you should give the morning dose.
You will be asked to complete a consent form specific to your pet’s surgery upon check-in on the day of your pet’s procedure. You must provide a phone number where you can be reached directly on the day of surgery (not voice mail) should the Doctor or Nurses need to speak with you while your pet is with us.
When you arrive for check-in please bring your pet through the front door to the front desk.

You will receive a courtesy call upon the completion of your pet’s surgical procedure at which time you will be given a discharge time for your pet.
All pets must be picked up by 4:30 pm.
Please note that we do not offer billing plans on any of our services, payment in full is expected at the time you pick up your pet.
